share the link to the scheduled Zoom class with anybody else who has not purchased the digital lesson, or
alter, edit or tamper with the digital lesson in any way.

1b. Audio, Videos, Transcripts, Games

You may only use the audios, videos, or transcripts purchased for personal, non-commercial use.

When purchasing a digital lesson from topnotchesl.com, you are purchasing the right to:

listen to the audios, watch the videos, read the transcripts on your PC an unlimited number of times.

Topnotchesl.com reserves the right to change the rights granted in these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

If Lessons from our online catalog are removed or changed at any time, topnotchesl.com shall not be liable to you in any way.

You DO NOT have the right to:

Rent, give or share the link to the digital lessons to third parties
Record, show or broadcast, by any means, any of the digital lesson content or Zoom class content purchased for personal use in public
Incorporate any of our content into other content.
Upload to YouTube or any other Digital Streaming Platform or Social Media Platform

2.System Requirements

Use of the topnotchesl.com website requires compatible hardware, internet access, and certain software. The performance or our service can be affected by the quality of these factors. You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that these requirements, which may change occasionally, are met by your system.

3.Prices

4.Returns

The lessons are digitally delivered immediately after purchase. As such, we are unable to process returns.

5.Refunds

You will be charged immediately after placing your order. If you have trouble with your purchased products, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to help you resolve your problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a refund may be issued. topnotchesl.com shall then have no further liability to you.
